Jacob Elordi’s relationship with her girlfriend, Olivia Jade, is still going strong, as per Life & Style.

“Jacob’s romance with Olivia caught a lot of people off guard, because of her controversial recent history,” a close pal of the actor told the outlet.

“But they work as a couple because they’re both independent thinkers and do things their own way, for better or worse,” Jacob’s friend added.

However, an insider told the outlet that the Saltburn star is doing his best to keep his romance out of the limelight.

For those unversed, the speculations of Jacob and Olivia’s relationship sparked in December 2021 when the Aussie actor was spotted with the YouTuber in Los Angeles.

The two were seen doing couple-y things around the city for months before confirming their romance in May 2022.

Jacob and Olivia are still together, but the source told the outlet, “This year is going to be a test for them because of the dynamics around Jacob’s career.”

“He’s blowing up,” the confidant continued. “He’s making his next movie opposite Margot Robbie, and frankly, he’s becoming more famous than he’s comfortable being.”
