5 Yoga asanas for reducing face fat


The Lion Pose, also known as Simha Mudra, is a fun and effective way to tone facial muscles and improve blood circulation.

How to do it:

Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Open your mouth wide, stick your tongue out as far as possible, and bring your chin toward your chest. Open your eyes wide and roar like a lion (make a “ha” sound). Hold this position for 15 to 20 seconds. Relax and repeat three times.

This pose reduces wrinkles, tightens facial muscles, and improves blood flow to the face, neck, and brain, giving your face a glow.
