California wildfires spark newfound conversations about Meghan, Prince Harry

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just received a fair amount of support from commentators who believe they are not to blame.

Royal commentator Christopher Andersen, made these comments while speaking to Fox News Digital.

In their conversation the expert rushed to Meghan’s defense and brandished all those who compare her decision to postpone her Netflix show to something like the Oprah interview.

In the eyes of Mr Andersen, “What utter nonsense — and just one more indication of how the U.K. tabloid press grasps at straws to crucify Meghan and Harry.”

“There may be plenty of things to criticize about the Sussexes, but this isn’t one of them,” he noted.

After all, “Trying to compare the Oprah interview, the release of which the Sussexes had no control over, to their decision to postpone Meghan’s lifestyle show because of the LA fires is drawing an egregiously false equivalence.”

The expert even went as far as to note that calls about Prince Philip being hospitalized when the interview aired was not right because, “Prince Philip had been frequently hospitalized over the final years of his life; at 99 years of age, going in and out of the hospital had become fairly routine.”

And when it comes to releasing a Netflix show where she’s “Giving lifestyle and cooking tips while thousands of their neighbors’ homes were burning to the ground wouldn’t have gone over well, to say the least.”

So “Postponing the roll-out of their new Netflix series was not only the right decision, but it was also the only decision Meghan could make,” Mr Andersen admitted before signing off.
