Arsenal are in talks to sign Brentford midfielder Christian Norgaard.
The 31-year-old is one of a number of midfield options the club are looking at amid Thomas Partey‘s expiring contract.
Partey has been offered new terms by Arsenal, but nothing has been agreed and his current deal expires in five days.
Mikel Arteta’s side are yet to make a signing this summer, but goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga is expected in London this week to put the final touches to a £5m switch from Chelsea to the Gunners.

Sky Sports to show 215 live PL games from next season
From next season, Sky Sports’ Premier League coverage will increase from 128 matches to at least 215 games exclusively live.
And 80 per cent of all televised Premier League games next season are on Sky Sports.
